Peg - CEO/CFO
Having started as a teller at Union State Bank over 30 years ago, Peg has worked at every level in the bank. She and her husband formed an investment group in 2007 when the long time owners of the bank decided to sell it. Peg wanted to keep the bank locally owned in order to keep the money and focus of the bank on the community. She also is member of the Nodaway Valley Market board and Iowa Banking Council, and serves as the secretary for the Iowa Bankers Association Group 5. However, banking is not her whole life. Peg loves being with her two daughters and her grandchildren, whom she refers to as her "number one hobby."

When she’s not wearing one of her many hats at work, she’s spending time with her husband and two daughters or friends. Pam is also heavily involved in the community as a Greenfield Chamber/Main Street Board Member and part of the Greenfield Fourth of July Committee.
